Made to feel good – furnished with custom-made carpenter furniture, the apartments in the wohnrevier are true space wonders. With plenty of storage space, they are perfect for longer stays and lots of luggage. The solid wood furniture made of oiled oak and the parquet flooring give the apartments a cozy flair, making them a real place to breathe.
At wohnrevier you can choose from three different apartment categories. For single occupancy, there are our deluxe apartments on the first floor and second floor. Small sun terraces on the south side of the house are the icing on the cake for the terrace apartments on the first floor. Our gallery apartments in maisonette style are suitable for up to two people. Here, the living and working area is separated from the sleeping area and you can admire the Unterbrunn starry sky while falling asleep.
deluxe apartment
On 25-30 m² our deluxe apartments offer you full functionality in a small space. Equipped with a kitchen, a spacious workplace, a 2-seater couch, a Queensize bed and plenty of storage space, you can easily spend several months there. With a spacious workplace, the apartments invite you to concentrate on your work, and with its small sitting niche by the window, they also invite you to relax in comfort. Light colors and natural wood in the apartment create a cozy flair to feel good all around.
terrace apartment
Especially popular are our deluxe apartments with sun terrace on the south side. Identical in construction to the deluxe apartments, our terrace apartments also offer everything a full-fledged apartment needs on 25-30 m². With the wonderful location towards the south, this category can score with an additional terrace.
gallery apartment
Our gallery apartments offer 36-42 m² of space for up to two people Here you live in a spacious apartment on two levels. Thanks to the maisonette style, working and sleeping areas are separated in this category. While you live, work and cook downstairs, you dream in the upper area on the sleeping gallery and enjoy the view into the green or over the roofs of Unterbrunn.

You are welcome to add your own underground parking space in the house for a small fee. The underground garage is connected to each floor via an elevator and offers 28 individual parking spaces. The entrance height is 2 m.
