At wohnrevier we would like to be a home for you with our apartments – from one day to six months everything is possible with us. With your own kitchen, living and working area and a bathroom, you will find everything your heart desires in your apartment. You move in and we take care of the rest. reliable 24h check in
In the wohnrevier you can move into your apartment from 2 pm on the day of booking. For this purpose, there is our keybox in the entrance area – before arrival you will receive your personal keybox code and can use it to pick up your room card. In the apartment everything is prepared for you. The wohnrevier does not have a classic reception, but you can always reach us via emergency numbers in urgent cases. On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated before 10 am, the key card can remain in the room.
In each apartment a large desk offers you enough space to work from there. The wohnrevier offers a powerful Internet service, which is of course available to you free of charge. With the telephone in your room you can also open the entrance door to the house from your apartment. Telephone charges will be billed separately. You will also find a safe in your apartment.
extra large beds
In the deluxe apartments, beds of 1.40 x 2.10m invite you to dream. In our gallery apartments on two levels, alone or as a couple, you will find restful nights with a great view in 1.80 x 2.10m beds on the gallery.
own small kitchens
All apartments have their own small kitchen with espresso capsule machine, induction hob, refrigerator as well as dishwasher and sufficient storage space. Crockery and kitchen utensils are of course part of the kitchen equipment (except rental package). If you are missing something in your kitchen, just let us know, maybe we can help.
The weekly cleaning is included in our prices. An exception is the rental package, here we estimate a final cleaning of 150 € at move-out, but we reserve the right to adjust this amount if the apartment is in very poor condition. In case of gross dirt and damage to the apartment, we reserve the right to retain part of the deposit.
in-house underground parking
You are welcome to add your own underground parking space in the house for a small fee. The underground garage is connected to each floor via an elevator and offers 28 individual parking spaces. The entrance height is 2 m. There is a limited number of parking spaces in front of the house, which are available for free.
washing machines and dryers
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in our laundry room on the first floor. Laundry racks, laundry baskets and hangers can of course be used by you as well as iron and ironing board.
gastronomy in the neighborhood
In the lobby you will find vending machines for drinks and snacks – in case of emergency you can buy sweets, pasta, pasta sauces and coffee capsules. If you want a coffee-to-go or a snack in the morning, we recommend the neighboring breakfast café. Petra Röckenschuß from “Brotzeit-Kramer” will surely have just the right thing for you. In addition, about two minutes walk away you will find two great inns in the direct neighborhood, the Gasthaus Högner as well as the Restaurant Wankerl.

Unterbrunn is located in the beautiful Fünf-Seen-Land in the district of Starnberg, which is one of the most popular tourist regions in Germany. Due to the proximity to Lake Starnberg and Lake Ammersee, the Alps as well as the state capital Munich, you benefit from an incredible variety of leisure activities. But also the field and forest paths around the wohnrevier are perfect for doing sports in the middle of nature.
Built in 2014 to the standard of a KfW 70-efficiency house, the wohnrevier meets the demanding guidelines of the Energy Saving Ordinance. The modern heating technology also contributes to the good energy balance: The company’s own wood chip heating system is operated with raw materials from its own forestry and fed in via district heating. Special attention was also paid to natural, environmentally friendly quality in the materials used for construction and interior design. Warm solid wood parquet floors and carefully selected solid wood furniture are.
In the immediate vicinity of the residential area are numerous business locations such as the aerospace cluster in Oberpfaffenhofen with first-class start-ups as well as the Kraillinger Innovations Meile (KIM) with diverse future technologies such as medical and laser technology and 3D printing. From classic craft businesses to global market leaders, just about everything can be found in the Starnberg Ammersee economic region.
By car, you can reach the state capital Munich in about 30 minutes via the slip road to the A 96, which is 2 km away, and the A 95 Starnberg is 7 km away. You can get to the Gauting S-Bahn station in 10 to 15 minutes by bus lines 949 and 965, and in 7 minutes by car. The regional bus 949 takes you to the Gilching-Argelsried S-Bahn station in 15 minutes.

The range of serviced apartments meets the requirements of modern working life, while at the same time leaning on the traditional roots of the location. This is because the wohnrevier has its place where our family’s agricultural estate has been operated since 1647 – a place that has always been characterized by living and working. With the successful relocation of the farm, which is now being actively continued in the neighborhood, and the innovative residential concept of the wohnrevier, we are moving into the next generation and creating a bridge between tradition and the future in the spirit of sustainable development.
